I don't mind using a better tool.  But we already have an established
SVN server.  Were we to make a transition, we'd have to do it in a way
that was minimally disruptive.  And we'd have to weigh the costs
against the benefits.  Perhaps we should continue using SVN for what
we have now and use somethings else for things like software drivers. 
(Perhaps not?)
