The computer in our living room is connected to the TV via an S-Video 
cable and an S-Video -> SCART converter. Both S-Video cables and 
S-Video -> SCART (usually there are some cinch connectors for audio on 
there as well) are very common.

So, if the card has S-Video out then it should be fine.
