Can I buy any sort of FPGA-based hardware with pci (or ideally pci-express)

switching? (Oh, and is happy being passively cooled)
How long do I have to wait before I can buy an OGA development board

Well, the hardware release won't come initially with all of the logic
bits. As they're developed, they'll be made available. The first
thing we'll get that's workable is a dumb framebuffer design which we
can incrementally build on. It'll be like $600 for OGP developers,
which is expensive for a graphics card. OGD1 hardware is most likely
to be out in August or September, right in time for ispLever starter
to support it.
