If we're going to do that, we'll have to find another wiki. That's a lot more
work than I'm willing to put together for a small personal wiki that I loan
out space to OGP on.
That other wiki could be on a domain I host if you want. Just not this
particular one.
I think we should just have a licensing and contributions page. IF
there's an easy way to show someone a customized page when they sign
up, that would be nice, but for the most part, only spammers would try
to contribute before knowing the rules.
