I made the change.

Another thing. Do those of you who work on the wiki like using
TikiWiki? I don't want to be ungrateful, but I found it a bit awkward
to use. For once it bumps the cursor to the left each time I change
line. Pasting text a has similar issue.

Are you using Firefox or Netscape? This reminds me of bugs I've
encountered in them before. Generally, web pages don't try to take
control of the edit box behavior like that. Try another browser and
see what happens.

Edits are for whole pages
only. Easthetically I think there is too much redundant stuff around
main text. I have used Mediawiki and Docuwiki and find them both to be
easier. It could also be good to have the math support of Mediwiki.

Another option is to talk to the TikiWiki folks and see if you can get
that stuff added so the transition is seamless. :)

Sorry about the rant. There is a saying about changing things that are
not broken, so I will not mention it again if you are happy with it.

Russel already changed from PHPWiki to TikiWiki for us because of the
security problems we were encounting before. I don't want to ask him
to do any more work, unless we pay him. We'll have to get OGF going
for that to happen.

The best option for change (and I'm not saying I want to change) I
think is reasonable is for us to transition off of his server to the
traversaltech host, where we can install MediaWiki. I'm no sysadmin,
and even if I decide to tackle it (web and network stuff drives me
nuts), I won't be ready for a few weeks.
