Conveniently swept under the carpet :-). You're right, I thought of that 
too after sending. We may not need TCP though, just UDP, unless you 
want HTTP streaming as well as RTP/RTSP.

Do these exist? For a reasonable price? I looked around for a bit but 
couldn't immediately find anything...
