I guess I'd ask who the intended audience is. This write-up is
highly technical. I think it would be over the heads of people who just
want to know that the Open Graphics Project is under way, and get a sense of
how much progress it's made. The write-up seems to give most of its space
to a basic explanation of what a video board does, which would probably be
of more interest to someone wanting to design one or configure one.
