With the -g flag for graphics mode rather than text mode.

Much faster than netscape or mozilla.
Text and images can be scaled to any size I want.
With javascript disabled it never crashes.

On the downside it doesn't have every possible feature.

I just tried the page with dillo 0.8.4-pre, and clicking does nothing there 
either.

And it found the following complaints (click on the "15" down in the corner):
