A user of OGC might have: one computer, one OGC, one fixed freq monitor.
How do they reprogram the BIOS via software?
In the cosmically unlikely event that someone is like this, we can
reprogram it for them before it's shipped, possibly for a small
service fee. We'll waive the fee if they need this in bulk.
Moreover, community members who want to be helpful could assist with
this.
