And support for serious monitors is now in question.
No, it will support the monitors perfectly, once you've programmed the PROM
only to use the timing your fixed-frequency monitors require. Are you
seriously saying that you don't know _anywhere_ you can borrow a normal
monitor for half an hour?
Or, instead buying a standard (multisync pre-configured) OGC card one
can buy it from a hacker ("authorized supplier") who has the hardware,
possibility or skill to reprogram and customize the card in means of
fixed timing.
Don't make other people paying for features needed by few users.
