Most do, it's called PAL-60. The Nintendo Game Cube that's lying around 
here asks whether you want 50 or 60 Hz at startup, and even the old TV 
we use has no problems with 60 Hz. The atitvout tool that lets you set 
the TV-out mode on some ATI cards on Linux also lets you set PAL-60 
mode.
