As I said, the 16-core version would be overkill for many applications. 
If you want a lot of rendering performance, 50 Watts may be very 
reasonable (today's top of the line video cards eat much more than 
that). If not, then you'll use one with less cores. The single-core 
CN30XX processors use 2-4 W, and the dual core CN31XX 4-7 W. It's the 
4-16-way family that are in the 10-30W range.
