That is a "SE" which is less expensive 64MB version than the 128MB
non-SE version.
They are available everywhere for the $30 list price.
They are the OEM model, but who needs some free games and a fancy box.
AFAIK the 9200 is the lowest end ATI card still in production. The
OEMs are making them, not ATI.
I have a genuine ATI in retail box (I bought a refurb) which are still
available on ATI's web store.
