Oh, I guess it could be that he's representing someone else as well. He 
doesn't say, nor does he give any details about the job. In fact, I 
doubt anyone who actually knows his stuff would bother to reply to a 
job offer as amateurish as this one.

Yes, if it was a job posting not related to OGP then it's just spam.
