Hello Dieter,
We are currently researching people for a very complex SoC design ( mobile
phone ).
The multimedia part is very important nowadays in the mobile market. So we
will need a dedicated GPU to do the stuff because it isn't really efficient
to have a programmable DSP that will force to us to retarget the compiler
every time .... It will cost less money to have a team than to let to do the
stuff by other people.
Our business model is in its early stage, but we would be interested into a
break oppposite to the legacy one of our competitors who are nearly all
ATI/NVidia based.
It's very difficult to find people specialised in this field, that's why we
ask a few help.
It's a *very big* project.
