Well regards to the Logo, anything that is identifiably associated with
Traversal (Logo, trademarks etc) should DEFINITELY be in the product brief.
These things get read/viewed more than just about anything else does.  It's
a great way to build name recognition and brand association

I believe you can Trademark a Logo in the US simply my stating its
Trademarked (Much like copyrighting is done).  You have to pay and fee and
send in paperwork to REGISTER the Trademark however.  Also just saying its
Trademarked obviously doesn't do a search for Prior Trademarks that are
identical..

Concerning the logo, though, I'm not a lawyer, I think that one better
has to rely and secure the name of the society Traversal Technology and
sticks to that for the moment.

For the logo one should think twice about it, since it will resume the
society and its communication.

So, concerning the brochure, since it's a Product Brief, that doesn't
need a logo per se.
