Well regards to the Logo, anything that is identifiably associated with Traversal (Logo, trademarks etc) should DEFINITELY be in the product brief. These things get read/viewed more than just about anything else does. It's a great way to build name recognition and brand association
I believe you can Trademark a Logo in the US simply my stating its Trademarked (Much like copyrighting is done). You have to pay and fee and send in paperwork to REGISTER the Trademark however. Also just saying its Trademarked obviously doesn't do a search for Prior Trademarks that are identical.. For the logo one should think twice about it, since it will resume the society and its communication. So, concerning the brochure, since it's a Product Brief, that doesn't need a logo per se. _______________________________________________ Open-graphics mailing list [email protected] http://lists.duskglow.com/mailman/listinfo/open-graphics List service provided by Duskglow Consulting, LLC (www.duskglow.com)
