I think the legal situation changes a bit if you register the trademark though. IIRC if it's not registered, the burden is on the trademark owner to show that it's been used by them for a while and that it's associated with them and so on, whereas if it's registered this is simply assumed to be the case. I'm not sure about the details, but it was something in that direction. Lourens
