OGD1 isn't a trademark, it's a part number. It probably isn't
illegal to market a non-interchangeable product under the same part number,
but I've never seen a manufacturer do it.
Regarding the description at the head of the data sheet or product
announcement, we should have one primary descriptive phrase in large type,
but there's no reason we couldn't have a secondary description in somewhat
smaller type pointing out a different use.
