[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ ls -l /bin/sh
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 4 2006-08-04 13:46 /bin/sh -> bash

That's on a standard Ubuntu 6.06 LTS install (I'm not sure where the
claim on Wikipedia comes from). The "dash" package isn't installed by
default; bash is, and on my system dash isn't installed at all. So I'm
not sure what all this is about. Perhaps installing dash replaces the
symlink too, I wouldn't know.

Never saw that on wikipedia and never explicitly installed dash, I
just noticed it on my system one day. Then again I was running edgy
dev so anything was bound to happen. Anyway, enough of the OT noise.
