This should considerably speed up a typical desktop Linux system if used for swap.
We could also just use the existing ODG and have a simple dumb terminal as the video interface (no accel, etc).
This gives us ~256MB of swap RAM and an arbitrary amount off the IDC connector.
You could probably make a dual/quad CF or USB adapter off the IDC card and use the 256MB RAM, and periodically writeback to the drives.
