For work i had to check some JTAG cables and while
i was at it, i thought i could also try to find one
for my home use, as i'll need one for OGD1 soon.
Interestingly, there is not one cheap cable available.
And the schematics for "free" JTAG cables all use the
venerable parallel port. Which basicaly means that
every programming of any modern device will take
a day or two.
Does anyone know of any JTAG cable that uses
something faster than ieee1284, works with
open source software and has a reasonable
price?
