I've been keeping an eye on LCD monitors. A fair number of them still have HD-15 only, no DVI. In the US this is mostly on lower end models, but IIRC the EU has an extra tax on monitors that have DVI and aren't built locally, so even some of the higher end models have HD-15 only.
