The minimum that needs to be in the file is a 
"This file is licensed under the OGP license, see ... for more informations"

The naming of the license is a must as a "See COPYING for license"
will create problems when files are copied to other projects
without chaning this line, but different license COPYING.

The maximum we can do is to add the license in each and every file.
Although companies that publish code under an OSS license like
this system i'm not very fond of it. It bloats the file too much
in my opinion.
