the classic cable for that stuff is belden 1694A, with 75 ohm BNCs. pretty cheap stuff, and it can go the distance (the spec says about 100m or so)

Uh! Were you disagreeing with me? Belden 1694A *is* RG6 -- actually a special high spec RG6 for digital video -- and it is NOT cheap (list price $0.43/foot). It does have the advantage over conventional RG6 that it is not large diameter (only .274 inches).
