News is that Dell is asking ATI for better drivers. Perhaps someone with more sales talent than myself can figure out how to get Dell interested in OGC?
I am assuming that Dell is not especially interested in FLOSS, but just wants to make money selling boxes. And it seems likely to be difficult to interest them in a product that doesn't exist yet. But if we could get Dell to commit to buying quantities of OGC, it should be possible and reasonable to get a loan to get the maskset produced.
