Furthermore, he complains about a undeclared wire, vid_deq, being
assigned in the arbiter. However, I can't find a reference to this
anywhere else in the module. There are someones that looks similar
though: vid{0,1}_deq. I just commented it out
to make the entire thing build, however didn't commit it in case it was
of importance.
