As you rightly say, OLVDS and EHXPLLB are Lattice
primitives.

I don't know whether you're building for synthesis or simulation.
For synthesis, the Lattice tools have these primitives built in.
For simulation, models can be found in the Lattice
install tree at

$LATTICE/cae_library/simulation/verilog/xp
