Quick question.
There was a discussion a while back about how the output clock (for
different resolutions) needs to be dynamic, but the DCMs couldn't be
reconfigured in runtime. I can't find how (if?) this was solved. The
controller itself already seems to be getting vid_clock, but I don't
see it managed anywhere else.
