Does OGD1could be used by people only interrested on software part (drivers) ?

This kind of guy could buy the OGD1 and use only "official binary
delivrery" of open graphics (or what ever other project). For that, he
needs a means to charge the bitstream inside OGD1 without any special
tools (very costly most of the time).

So it could be great to link a tutorial to how download a bitstream in
the FPGA card.
