If you don't have a place to host them, I can drop them somewhere on
Traversal's site (I don't want to mess with Andy's code to link from a
regular page, but I can post the URL of the directory to the list).

Yeah, that's the old one.  <sigh>  Howard's been up to his eyeballs at
his day job, so I haven't wanted to bug him about producing a final
PDF.  I just took a whole bunch of his time recently when working on
the VGA project.
