I've just checked this in under rtl/include. I think it should go there because it ties in very closely with the hardware. As the verilog changes so do the register definitions.

My experiences with this type of thing before is that this is the correct place for this to be at this stage of the project. Also at this stage it makes more sense for the definitions to be regenerated in peoples local build trees. Once we get hardware made a set of register definitions should then be compiled for the final (for that chip) verilog, and these should then be checked in in a different place (under a name that matches that chip in some way).

If people are unhappy with the names that I have chosen or would like more prefixes (like OG_ or OGP_ or OGD1_ added to the front of the definitions) then speak soon.

The makefile for the bios has been updated to use the .inc files generated by this change. I think that should be a clear example of how this can be done.
