Apparently, the OpenMoko developers are going through some interesting
experiences too with producing their hardware. There's lots of
information that needs to be shared between open hardware developers,
so we should write about it.
I'm mentioning this because Linux Fund donation target is very near,
so we're already making preparations to go to production.
Along with the news and info about going to production, we need to
also mention that there's a short window ("act now! supplies are
limited!") in which people can order OGD1 boards at retail (USD 750 +
shipping) for this production run. Traversal isn't going to make any
profit from this production run, because we're going to order extra
boards as backup for warranty replacements and a very small
"inventory" of like two.
