Such chip is new. It's easy for TI to create a PCI-express card based
on such beast with 2Gb of RAM and 2 dvi (HDMI?) connections. They does
it for omap3530 on BeagleBoard ($150), and for MSP430 on EZ430
($10-$20  board). If the chip cost $140, those card will not be cheap.
