I'm glad to see OGML having some traffic.  Now, I'd like some advice on
development.

I have the opportunity to give undergrads independent study credit to work
on OpenShader.  What I need is to generate a list of subprojects that are
completable in a semester or less.  The best thing I've come up with so far
is an time-ordered event system for the simulator.  What else is useful
that can be done with mostly just knowledge of C++?
