There's no mention of 1.2.3 on http://open-ils.org/roadmap.php - it would be nice to plug it into the roadmap and update the roadmap accordingly. For example, right now "web-based self-check" sits in 2.x, so that should presumably move out of 2.x and into the new 1.2.3 release.
