Hi -- When I'm trying to use vandelay I get an internal server error 500...
I am running OpenSRF 1.0.4 and Evergreen 1.4.0.2 on a Debian-Etch box. (I followed the install instructions located on the Wiki and Everything seems good so far). I haven't done any configurations or made any changes (just created a patron for myself - with admin user privileges). This is what appears in my apache error.log: concerning vandelay.... Connection to Settings Failed Cannot sysopen /openils/var/log/osrfsys.log: Permission denied at /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/OpenSRF/Utils/Logger.pm line 261. : *** [Tue Feb 17 17:22:51 2009] [error] [client 169.231.33.88] Cannot sysopen /openils/var/log/osrfsys.log: Permission denied at /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8/OpenSRF/Utils/Logger.pm line 261.\n, referer: https://174.129.225.13/vandelay/en-US/vandelay.xml I checked the permissions on the /openils/var/log directory and I do have my opensrf user with permissions on the folder and all files in the directory... (they are -rw-r--r--) Any thoughts or ideas or any further logs you'd like to see - please let me know and I'll forward them along. Willing to try anything. Cheers, Brendan -- Brendan A.
