I have been seeing this error too.
I set the Org stuff in the config.cgi script and run autogen.sh Some screens in the Evergreen show the ones I set but most show the defaults, the examples. I call it up and go to add holdings. The holdings show the default set of Org units, not the ones I edited via cgi (Dale has run the autogen.sh more than once but the new OUs don't show). It let me add a volume, and stored the call no. in asset.call_number. But when I try to add the item with the barcode and try to create the item, I get the following error message and it does not save the info. Any idea what's wrong? Frances Network or server failure.
