Yamil, There's a global setting (which you're probably already set on using), "Cat: Use Internal ID for TCN Value" (under Admin -> Server Administration -> Global Flags), that would make TCN and record id essentially identical, at least for records that have come under the sway of the setting. I think you'd need to do munging of records that existed prior to the setting being enabled, but I'm not sure.
