Thanks Chris, but not really. Your bug is about the display updating. My question is about the usr_standing_penalty table not being updated by the fine generator for users who have exceeded the max overdue threshold because but haven't yet accrued any fines.
I'm open to calling this a bug, but it seems like someone else must've encountered this problem before and found a solution. As usual I assume that I'm just missing something.
