 Repke, I feel this is entirely due to my bad guidance. Instead of using
http:// (which indeed will not work -- I just tried it), just use
dig.evergreen.lib.in.us (I have corrected the wiki).

Note, I have set up Windows to use different profiles and I installed 1.6 to
a separate directory, and both seem to work for me.

I'm sorry, I also failed to clarify on the wiki that you will need to add an
SSL exception.  I will address that immediately.
