Yes, it would. In the long run, there might be a translation issue to think about for such comments, though that shouldn't get in the way of people sending patches to add DB comments, mind you. > E.g. If somebody can supply the text but doesn't feel comfortable updating the SQL scripts, help is available from me and others.
