I don't think that we should arbitrarily restrict the number of community
demo servers.  If other folks are willing to run 2.4 community demo
servers, we should let them (and after all, we can hardly stop them) and
list them, for several reasons:

- redundancy
- not closing the door to demo servers aimed at a particularly geographical
area or language community
- not imposing a burden on a demo host to have to worry about 100% uptime
for *the* community demo server
