Hello Vicki, There are two ways, actually. First, you can set the record source to a "transcendant" source, which basically means "this record should show up everywhere (i.e. when searching any library)". Second, if you need finer control, you can use a "Located URI". I failed to find a good link for it, but what you do is add an 856 with first indicator 4, second indicator 0, and a $9 subfield with a value matching a the shortname of the library where you want this record to appear.
