Hi Vicki, There is a bit of an explanation on cataloguing electronic resources in the documentation here which explains the second method: http://docs.evergreen-ils.org/1.6/draft/html/electronicresourcesvisible.html
The advantages of the second method is that it provides a bit more flexibility on where items will be visible and makes it easier to adjust later via cataloguing as apposed to using SQL. First, you can set the record source to a "transcendant" source, which basically means "this record should show up everywhere (i.e. when searching any library)". Details here: http://open-ils.org/dokuwiki/doku.php?id=evergreen-admin:importing:bibrecords#making_electronic_resources_visible_in_the_catalogue Second, if you need finer control, you can use a "Located URI". I failed to find a good link for it, but what you do is add an 856 with first indicator 4, second indicator 0, and a $9 subfield with a value matching a the shortname of the library where you want this record to appear.
