I had the same experience. Here's the test that I did on production on
Sitka's installation of Evergreen (2.0.2).

   1. On Friday, Jan 27th I made a booking for a catalogued item for
   Saturday, Jan 28th at 9am to Friday, Feb 3rd at 9am
   2. I captured this DVD and it had a status of "On reservation shelf".
   3. I went away and had a lovely weekend (though it felt far too short,
   does that ever happen to you?)
   4. I tried to pick up this resource (tried both through Bookings > Pick
   Up Reservations and by retrieving the patron record then Other > Booking >
   Pick Up Reservations) and there was no reservation listed. So I was unable
   to select the DVD booking and pick it up.
      - Under Item Status (F5) it still shows as having a status of "On
      reservation shelf"
      - From the patron record, Other > Bookings > Create or Cancel
      reservations I'm able to see the booking. I haven't tried cancelling the
      booking yet--I'm waiting for our support team to take a look.

I didn't get the error that you did Gordana.
