Hi Aaron, Thanks for the response! Unfortunately, the transactions were uploaded and the directions for exporting/importing transactions were - as far as I know - followed.
Any other ideas? If the transactions have not been uploaded, try using the "export offline transactions" function and then the "import" function on another computer. After you export, it will ask if you want to clear the transactions, tell it yes.
