Jenny,
When we have seen this, it was because staff clicked on Process before clicking
on Upload. Our experience has been that the transactions are still there, and
we just need to start the processing of the transactions over again with
creating a new session name--making sure to then do Upload followed by Process.

Hi Aaron,

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately, the transactions were uploaded and the
directions for exporting/importing transactions were - as far as I know -
followed.

Any other ideas?

Were the transactions from that workstation actually uploaded?

If the transactions have not been uploaded, try using the "export offline
transactions" function and then the "import" function on another computer.
After you export, it will ask if you want to clear the transactions, tell it
yes.
