We have *followed the instructions as per the document sent by you*. We were able to clone two of the event definitions after repeated attempts, as per the instructions given by you. > However, we are unable to test whether it is working. Could you please let us know, what might be the possible reason for this failure? >From where can we locate the Validator and Reactor Modules. Whether we need to check any more variables ?. We are not able to create any new Event definitions other than existing 15 event definitions. It is also noted that we are not able to delete any of the existing event definitions, as well. Action trigger module shows inconsistent behaviour like not saving at every time, after reloading it automatically removes the new one or some other event definitions. > In the Triggered Events of Patron Account, we can see the Trigger in > PENDING state even after the run time is over. > > The cron job is working perfectly.
