Hi Elaine,

When "Behind Desk pickup supported" is set to TRUE and "Hold is behind
Circ Desk" flag is on in the patron record, it will be indicated on the
hold slip to route the item to Private Hold Shelf. If the "Hold is behind
Circ Desk" flag is off, it will indicated to route the item to Public Hold
Shelf.
