[OPEN-ILS-GENERAL] encumbering a purchase not in the catalog

I'm not exactly sure how to phrase this -- But, is it possible to enter an
encumbrance in Acquisitions, when we are purchasing something that will not
be in the catalog -- One example, when we are purchasing some books that
will be part of kits, and we do not want the books to show, as the title
that was purchased --
